To deliver a number of short, punchy sessions on a range of topics to a new client firm (who, incidentally, we had met while we were manning the stall at a legal sector event; these things work), over a period of several months.

None other than our Nineties. Small and perfectly formed, they have been honed over many years’ delivery and enabled us to a) deliver to both legal and business services colleagues on the same day on b) a variety of topics and c) as it says on the tin, all in 90 minute blocks.  This represents great value for money to a client into the bargain (we can have around 20 people per group, depending on the topic), and with three sessions running in a day, up to 60 individuals through a short training session.

Popular across the board, these have been well attended and well received and people are putting into practice the tips and techniques that they took away.  Delegates have commented on the perfect mix of interaction, knowledge and takeaways with positive comments about Nicky's delivery style being personable, relaxed and practical.  One delegate added "I really liked this training because you really got what it said on the tin, the skills and individual concerns were really met and addressed effectively in the allotted time".  It led to another piece of work with a different team, with a different focus (around teambuilding) and is we hope the start of a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

Nicky has been delivering Nifty Nineties sessions since September 2016 to Bird & Bird's lawyers and business service team members as part of their development offering.  As is becoming more common, we recognised that we had greater engagement in our development sessions when offered as short bite-size sessions and Nicky spent time with us in advance to understand our needs and requirements for each session.  The feedback has been excellent – Nicky is engaging, knowledgeable and fun and has interacted well with individuals across all levels of the business.  We have also used Nicky for some of our client training and have received equally positive feedback.  Highly recommended!
